Features and characters of the individual

Chestnut trees like to grow on hillsides. This young tree has found its place here. It vigorously pushes itself down the hill at Leopold Park. Its dense, glossy dark green and well-cut foliage really stands out on the slope. Waving to people passing by, its shading effect reminds them to take a break on sunny days. In summer, its fragrance and surroundings of cream-coloured flowers attracts them like with bees. And in Autumn, it invites people to gather its chestnuts.
